Resident Evil series

Resident Evil movie series ; Based on Japanese action-horror video game. The movie is different from the game. Constantin Film bought the rights to adapt the series in January 1998. In 2001 Screen Gems acquired the distribution rights and hired Paul WS Anderson as writer and director for Resident Evil.

Resident Evil series is about Alice (Milla Jovovich), a character created for the movie that is not in the game.
 
Although the Resident Evil film series received positive and negative reviews from critics, it grossed over $ 1.2 billion worldwide. This is the highest-grossing movie franchise based on a video game. It is also the top-grossing zombie and top-grossing horror movie franchise.
 

Resident Evil 1

In the movie, the Umbrella Company is doing a top-secret genetic research called The Hive. In this company deep in Raccoon City, the T-Virus is released to the facility as a result of an accident. The facility's artificial intelligence "Red Queen" tries to stop the spread of the epidemic by killing the research team. But the T-Virus revives them, turning people into greedy zombies.

Later that day, an Umbrella special forces unit was taken there to find out what was happening inside. With them is Alice, the Umbrella Company security guard; There is also Spence Parks, her husband and colleague, and Matt Addison. Alice and her team are also in trouble with zombies and dangerous creatures.
 

Resident Evil 2

After the success of the first movie, it started production in 2003. Anderson is back as a writer, but Alien vs. He did not direct the film due to his work on Predator. Alexander Witt took over the director's role.

In the movie, the viral outbreak reaches the surface, and to contain the infection, Major Timothy Cain closes all the exits to and from Raccoon City. Meanwhile, after escaping from the zombies-infested facility, the infected Alice was abducted by Umbrella for testing. Alice, on which experiments were carried out, had superhuman abilities.

Having managed to escape from Umbrella's facility, I must leave the city of Raccoon with Alice and some other people. Meanwhile, Dr. Charles Ashford contacts Alice and her friends in exchange for the rescue of her daughter, Angela Ashford, who is trapped in Raccoon City, to tell her there is an evacuation point in the city.

While this group is trying to find the girl, it is also dealing with zombies and mutated creatures that have spread throughout the city.
 

Resident Evil 3

In the film, the world is consumed by the T-Virus, and the Umbrella company develops Alice's clones in hopes of gaining Alice's powers.

Elsewhere, Claire Redfield leads a convoy of survivors in the Nevada desert, including Raccoon City survivors Carlos Olivera and LJ Wayne. Due to a few accidents, Alice is forced to join the convoy.

The convoy travels with Alice to Las Vegas to collect supplies so they can reach Alaska. Ambushed here, the team searches for Arcadia.
 

Resident Evil 4

Alice and her clones attack Umbrella Headquarters in Tokyo. Wesker escapes and destroys the facility, killing the clones. Wesker runs into Alice in her helicopter. Injects Alice with a serum that steals her superhuman abilities. During the fight in the helicopter, the helicopter crashes and Alice gets out of the helicopter.

Alice sets off for Arcadia to find her survivors. He lands at an airport in Alaska. Claire finds it, but an Umbrella controller is attached to Claire's chest and her memory is erased. Claire and Alice fly to Los Angeles. Meanwhile, they see a team that has survived. When they get to the group, they learn that Arcadia is a tanker near the beach, broadcasting a circular message and gathering survivors.

 

Resident Evil 5

In the movie, Alice wakes up at an Umbrella base where she is interrogated by Valentine. During a power outage, Alice escapes from her cell. He meets Wong. He helped Alice escape through Wesker's Wong. Because the Red Queen wants to destroy all mankind.

Wesker injects Alice with the T-virus, returns her old superhuman powers to bring her plan to life, and then tells her that she is responsible for saving the remaining people from extinction.
 

Resident Evil 6

Alice was betrayed by Wesker in Washington DC. Alice runs into the Red Queen, who tells her that she must return to where the nightmare began. The red queen tells Alice that there is an antivirus that can delete the T Virus on earth. Alice T sets off to the Hive to destroy the virus.

The Umbrella Company has developed an airborne anti-virus, but this antivirus will kill any organism infected by the T-virus.

Alice is vying against time.


This series of the movie ends with this movie. In May 2017, Martin Moszkowicz said that the reboot of the movie franchise is in development.
 

Resident Evil Reboot - Resident Evil 2021
